At eMotio.law, we are committed to integrating environmental, social, and governance (ESG) principles into our management,
processes and daily operations. We deeply believe that adhering to these principles enhances our ability to serve our clients effectively and responsibly. And it is not just a responsibility, it is a cornerstone of our identity. Here is how we implement ESG in our firm.

Environmental Responsibility

  • Sustainable Office Practices: We strive to minimise our environmental footprint. This includes reducing energy consumption, implementing waste reduction programmes and promoting recycling. We also purchase second-hand office furniture, supplies and IT. By adopting digital solutions, we significantly reduce paper consumption.
  • Mobility: We encourage our colleagues to use public transport (train, bus, metro), bicycles or our shared electric scooter for journeys within Brussels. For longer distances, we recommend car-sharing and using the train instead of the plane for business trips.
  • Food and Beverage: We use local, environmentally friendly and organic suppliers to provide coffee for our colleagues and catering for our events, as well as more sustainable solutions such as eliminating the use of plastic bottles in the office.
  • Environmental Advocacy: As a law firm, we take an active role in environmental advocacy by providing legal services to clients who are committed to sustainability. We support and advise on green projects, renewable energy initiatives and environmental compliance.

Social Responsibility
