Claire Sponar is a lawyer at eMotio.law, specialised in public procurement, administrative law, environmental law and energy law.

She has been a member of the Brussels Bar since 2023 and joined eMotio.law in 2024.

Claire graduated from the University of Louvain-la-Neuve (UCL) in 2022 (cum Laude). She also holds a postgraduate Master’s degree in International Public Law from the University of Montréal obtained in 2023 (Summa cum Laude).

In 2022, Claire received the award for the best thesis from the Observatory of Cultural Policies of the Wallonia-Brussels Federation.
