Josué Ngarukiyinka Habayo is a lawyer at eMotio.law, specialised in public procurement, administrative law, environmental law and energy law.

He has been a member of the Brussels Bar since 2024 and joined eMotio.law the same year.

Josué graduated from the University of Brussels (ULB) and the University of Grenoble in 2023 (cum Laude). He also hold a Master’s degree in Political Sciences from the University of Brussels (ULB) obtained in 2023 (Magna cum Laude, Valedictorian).
