Victor Ghazouani is a partner at eMotio.law who has been a member of the Brussels Bar since 2017.

Victor advises clients in the mobility and technology sectors.

Victor is a dispute resolution lawyer:

• he assists domestic and international clients in resolving disputes, whether through principled negotiation, mediation, judicial proceedings or arbitration
• he regularly represents clients when it comes to: distribution litigation, corporate litigation (shareholders’ disputes and post-acquisition claims), asset recovery, commercial disputes, damages recovery, breach of contracts, asset recovery, public policy litigation

Victor also supports clients with their projects:

• he supports clients in structuring, drafting, negotiating and executing various commercial agreements (sales and purchase agreements and distribution agreements)
• he assists clients in establishing operations and their partnerships (joint-venture agreements and cooperation agreements)
• he is involved in corporate, M&A and private equity projects (incorporation, shareholders’ and investments agreements, share purchase agreements) and infrastructure projects
• he advises clients on regulatory requirements in commercial transactions

Victor graduated from the University of Brussels (ULB) in 2016. He also holds a postgraduate Master’s degree in European Law from the Institute for European Studies (IEE-ULB) obtained in 2017.
