Our Public Procurement, Concession and Public-Private Partnerships practice is dedicated to guiding our clients through the complexities of public contracts. We provide legal assistance to contracting authorities (including state-owned companies) in the design and implementation of their projects. We also advise Belgian and global bidders on how to maximise their chances of being awarded the contract and support them during the performance phase. We are regularly involved in complex mobility, infrastructure, sustainability and IT projects.

Our experienced lawyers provide expert legal guidance and assistance in the following areas:
- Public Procurement and Concessions Contracts: Assisting bidders in drafting compliant and successful requests to participate and offers. Advising contracting authorities on all aspects of the award process, from drafting and publishing tender/concession documents to contract negotiation and award, while striving to make the contract strongly efficient. We also assist both contracting authorities and successful tenderers with all their legal needs arising from the performance of the awarded contract.
- Public-Private Partnerships (PPP): Providing end-to-end legal guidance on PPP projects, including project development, financing, risk allocation, and contract management to facilitate effective and sustainable partnerships.
